The bi-annual Information Meeting for Exeger Sweden AB shareholders will be held on December 16, 2021.
We will cover important updates since the Annual General Meeting held on June 2nd earlier this year and share a high-level plan for 2022.
Considering the removal of Covid-restrictions on private events we have decided to hold the meeting both physically and digitally. We will require all attendees to have a valid vaccination pass to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

To register to the event you must be a shareholder in Exeger Sweden AB. Please email communication@exeger.com by Monday December 13th stating whether you wish to attend physically or digitally. We will then provide you with more relevant information.
There will be a separate General Meeting on December 10th. It is purely a formality to vote on a resolution on the approval of the subsidiary EXEGER Incentive Sweden AB’s transfers of warrants issued in the Exeger group’s warrants programs for 2018 and 2021 to new and current employees and board members.
